Plans and organizes and oversees the companys sales and participate in the process of drawing sales policy and the estimated size of the market and provide sales reports Confers direct manager for pricing and discount schedules and terms of delivery and sales development Plans and organizes sales programs include sales promotion, incentives and promotional campaigns and staff training methods Monitors and coordinates sales management activities, and exchange views with the administrators sell about current developments include the reaction of customers or consumers of the products offered in response to the sale and how frequently it Raises officials report on all matters pertaining to sales operations The personally conduct negotiations on selling large-size Have plans, it organizes and monitors the marketing research that aims to develop sales and increase its size Negotiate advertising institutions about setting up a propaganda and promotional program for sales and offer.
Qualifications An undergraduate degree at least ( prefer receiving a masters) Experience of ten years at least in subjects overseas sales management and business development (Preferably in the field of chemicals) Merit in analytical thinking and problem solving, and convert the data to the analysis and viable mobility plans Skill in resource management, learning quickly and overcome the ambiguities Strong written and verbal communication Knowledge of leadership, teamwork, effective Mm center-aligned traditional and digital media Responsibilities The ability to raise the companys total sales and achieve goals Work on the development of the team in the training topics, evaluation and support Regular follow-up indicators Sales The formation of performance based on the daily performance analysis and weekly and monthly plans Work on the formation of a collective spirit characterized by high work ethic, positive energy and focus on the goal.
