1.Keeps record of insurance coverage, pension plan, and personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations. 2.Maintains & reports employees’ attendance every month to report absences, leaves, lateness…etc. 3.Administration of social & health insurance for all company’s employees & determines company’s share as well as employee’s share. 4.Checks all the employee files each month for regular updates. 5.Administration of physical examination for employees. 6.Maintains and provides current information on benefits such as Social Security, retirement, and insurance. 7.Interprets and explains personnel rules and regulations to department heads, employees, and applicants. 8.Application of Company’s policies & procedures on company’s personnel. 9.Ensures company’s compliance with law & regulations on all personnel matters & present & issues any necessary documents required from official authorities (labor & insurance offices). 10.Maintains proper communication levels with all employees through facilitating their requests according to the company rules and regulations. 11.In addition to any other related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
