Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Monitor performance and schedule and deliver annual performance reviews with minimum of one interim review at mid-year. Review and evaluate sales staff performance Controls Sales Representatives’ records and reports. Maintain open and timely communication and teamwork with Field Office staff members. Develop sales department ability to efficiently handle customer service issues. Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner To assist with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to, build and develop relationships Identify, Qualify and Manages Sales Opportunities in different sectors Sell the Company Business-to-Business Services to Prospective Enterprise and Mid-Market Corporate Present the company services in a persuasive, positive and professional manner Achieve Sales Target Maintain healthy Pipeline of potential clients and opportunities Receive and -effectively- respond to Requests for Proposals Log and Report all sales activities on the company sales force management system
Qualifications Bachelors degree preferably with Business Administration major. 5+ years of experience in sales field with proven track record, min 3 years’ experience in sales position. BPO experience is a plus. In-depth understanding of basic sales methodology. Excellent Closing Skills. Ability to generating Leads and converting them into sales opportunities. Excellent presentation skills
