• Managing and moderating Nacita’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, youtube and any other additional channels. • Exploring new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target audience. • Understanding the message the company is seeking to deliver and support in translating this into attractive social content. • Responsible for ensuring that all designs compel to the corporate identity manual and its guidelines • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images and videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members engage. • Maintaining the required knowledge level of the company’s products, services, solutions and stick to the agreed on formal information, sources to ensure delivering full and accurate information to customers. • Attracting and interacting with desired segmented targeted communities and audience appropriate and customized for each campaign. • Managing and moderating pages to increase page views, effective visitors, and time spent to encourage continuous usage. • Responding to all written communication received in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company standards. • Managing and executing weekly and monthly reports (tracking fan and follower growth, social media mentions, tweets, and content highlights, complaints and suggestions). • Monitoring and reporting competitive social media performance. • Developing social media plans through content creation, budgeting, message delivery tools in alignment with the strategic marketing plans supported by the Brand Manager. • Work closely with graphic designer in developing creative ideas to promote social media campaigns. • Perform any tasks required by his\her superior within the marketing division’s responsibilities. Perform periodical (monthly/weekly) reports to superior upon achievements and performance
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree of any discipline, preferable to be in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations •Customer service background is preferable •Experience From 1-2 years in the same field social media is preferable
