-Setup client software. -Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot network problems. -Grant and maintain access rights. -backup data -Provide support for user’s applications. -Responsible for maintaining and keeping the Company’s telecommunication systems running with minimal downtime (phones, fax, E-Mail and IP Phones). -Prepare IT budget and monitor spending appropriately. -Support of desktops, laptops, faxes and printers. -Evaluate new hardware and software to meet company requirements. -Maintain inventory of internal licenses and track compliance. -Provide Project administration with CRM system. -Managing vendors -Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications 1) Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology 2) Arabic ( Advanced ) 3) English ( Advanced ) 4) Microsoft applications awareness. 5) User’s Technical Support.
