Responsible for all collection issues ( Bills. Guarantees letters, Insurance… etc. ) •Manage collectors and distribute works on them. •Contact & meet with customers to solve problem •Contact with different departments & coordinate with them to overcome the collection obstacles •Responsible for collecting by himself from VIP the customers •Concern for executing all Department assignments •Work on solve customer problems, collection & follow with other departments •Make sure Issuing the final insurance recovery procedures for various operations& complete the procedures within government agencies on time. •Make sure procedures of secure contracting extracts and assays in government agencies are done on time. • Follow up with customers to work on the preparation of payments. •Issue the daily statement collection report. •follow up bounced checks with customers. •Any tasks are assigned according to work requirements
Qualifications Experience: More than 10 years in collection or similar position
