• Leading and monitoring the resolution of projects team members. • Review MS Projects plan for all opened projects. • Provide a professional training for all projects team sector Oversee the work of associates assigned to the project team for specific task assignments. • To ensure each project is implemented successfully. • Initiate and maintain communications with internal and external customers including project collaborators and task force. • On site travel to provide expertise and care to key customers. • Maintain positive relationships with all customers and assist them with issues or concerns. • Work hand-in-hand with PMO Manager to plan delivery strategy and the sector goals. • Assign the project team members for each new project. • Have a contact with the managers of other teams (PS, AS, R&D and Sales) to know the information transferred to the customer. • Keep PMO manager up to date with daily work resolution and the whole project situations. • Conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analysis to prepare business cases for projects. • Approve and monitor the implementation plan with assigned project managers. • The central point of contact to all open projects. • Evaluate deliverable prepared by the team to make sure the work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality Constantly monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders.
Qualifications • Minimum 3 years’ experience, • Communication Skills. • Problems solving and decisions making Techniques. • Good English command and language skills. • Strong skills in project management, • the associated principles and tools. • Strong knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft SQL technologies. • Excellent communications and public relations abilities. • A good understanding of products business know how. • Flexible and adaptable approach to customer needs is a good trait for a project manager. • Be able to work under pressure and multi-task, the ability to priorities ensuring that all tasks are completed to the relevant business processes. • Educated to a degree level in a computer related system, with a demonstrated strong computer background, networks and technical ability.
