Job Location: Greater Cairo (15 Vacancies)
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve 100% monthly sales targets.
· Conduct 15 daily visits to targeted dealers to present the company products & services.
· Open new markets and contribute in maximizing the company market share in the assigned area.
· Develop new plans to enhance market penetration & distribution.
· Ensure relationship building with current customers & manage an efficient distribution and dealer network to improve sales.
· Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in assigned areas through creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
· Assess new business opportunities in his assigned area.
· Improve daily sales execution plan in all accounts.
· Analyze and modify any deviations in sales plan.
· Responsible for preparing daily sales reports.
· Follow up on accounts of customers on credit.
· Maintain customer records.
· Works under target & time pressure.
Job Requirements:
· 0-3 experience in sales & distribution field.
· Must be self-motivated & willing to learn and grow in the sales career path.
· Ability to work under stress to meet or exceed goals.
· Excellent negotiation & selling skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Problem solving skills.
· Good Command of English both spoken and written.
· Fresh graduates also are welcome to apply.
· Males only, 35 years old as maximum.
· Job holder will be required to work occasional unsociable hours.
