• Synchronize the orders processing, forecast and delivery from affiliates/ plants to customers in EMAL and North Africa in accordance with the export standard operating procedures. • Evaluate the shipping cost and explore opportunities to provide an efficient shipping facility with reasonable cost. • Obtain the required legalization for the shipments as per the standard operating procedures, clients’ needs and applied export laws and procedures. • Coordinate with the shipping lines, insurance, clearance agent and warehouses for a smooth delivery process. • Submit all export invoices in the system and submit all required documents to the Controllership department. • Obtain LC from banks before processing; review the rules and conditions in accordance with the LC standard procedures.
Qualifications - university graduate. - Excellent knowledge with Egypt’s Export regulations and procedures. - from 1 to 3 years of Experience in supply chain. - Good Excel knowledge
