• Responsible for planning, developing, and managing the internal audit of NACITA group. • Strategically manage the process of following NACITA rules and working system. •Responsible for developing, and managing an effective and efficient monitoring and evaluating system to NACITA group. •Responsible for developing and applying monitoring mechanism and evaluation tools to fulfill all main responsibilities of the internal audit activities for NACITA divisions. •Develop and manage periodical and monthly action plans for the internal audit activities of TQM plans. •Closely monitor the required performance of the punctuality, safety and accuracy of implementing the job requirements to ensure satisfying NACITA group in short and long term objectives about uniqueness. •Coordinate applying penalties on employees based on any deviation occurred on the approved criteria with related departments. •Perform periodical reports about the status of applying the rules or any implementing needed penalties. •Supervise monthly action plans developed by the team. •Supervise the random calls and visits check occurred to ensure customer satisfaction and collected data verification. •Manage all internal investigations with the involvement with related departments. •Responsible for performing any requested audit from the top management. •Representing periodical reports and analysis about the internal audit as per department and division to superiors. •Responsible for re-evaluating action plans of the internal audit function and take any corrective actions.
Qualifications • Any High Bachelor Degree. • Minimum of 5 years of experience and 3 in the internal audit is a must.
