•Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately •Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages •Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers •Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments •Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. •Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies •Provide general administrative and clerical support •Organize conference and meeting room bookings •Provide office supplies (Stationery & kitchen supplies) for staff •Monitor and maintain office equipment
Qualifications •Good interpersonal skills. •Familiarity with the use of office equipment i.e. fax, photocopiers etc. •knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. •knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills • Excellent verbal communication skills. • knowledge of computers and relevant software application (Microsoft office package ) • Multi tasks skills. • Work under Pressure.
