Trader - Grains. Holds and Updates Clients Accounts. Holds and Updates Suppliers Accounts. Holds and Updates Company Future Accounts. Saves all clients positions before the opening daily, and communicates with them for covering their positions and follows the pricing period for each client. Prepares daily reports about International and local markets. Monitors the updates of the daily reports about freight. Monitors the updates of the daily report about FOB premium for all origins. Retains and keeps Contact with the clients all the time. Retains and keeps contact with international brokers, traders and the floor all the time. Establishes Contacts with the suppliers daily. Establishes Contacts with the traders and competitors in the local market daily. Monitors and analyzes all the reports about market direction. Analyzes all the USDA reports. Analyzes all the USEC reports. Gives recommendations to the Head of Dealing Room, with the market directions, short-term and long-term. Selling physical for the clients and follows the contracts according to the selling structure and procedures. Recommends to Head of Dealing Room the switch between physical and futures. Monitors the spread in all commodities. Follows up the loading of our vessels to re-balance the over and under fill. Follows up with the Maritime Transport services till receiving goods.
Qualifications Experience in dealing rooms operations in banks or other financial institutions. Excellent analytical skills. Advanced negotiation skills and capability to work under stress. Excellent communication skills especially reporting and clients communication.
