Description - First line support for the users - Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications. - Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem. - Perform hardware and software installations. - Administrating the AD , Domain Controllers, File Servers , Exchange - Terminal Server administration - Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines - Microsoft windowsWin7 and Win 8 . - Windows server 2003,2008 and 2012 - Office 2003, 2007,2010 and 2013. - LAN, WAN troubleshooting. - Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications - Antivirus and antispyware software awareness - A working knowledge with switches, routers, firewalls. - A working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP. - A working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure - Understanding of Network, Voice and Security fundamentals - CCNA /MCSA
Qualifications - Bsc. Degree. - CCNA IS A MUST
