Description - Review all incoming and outgoing correspondences on time - Maintain all office document filling - Submit all incoming correspondences to Chairman Office Manager review and required action according to delegated instructions. - Maintain office systems including filing, data management for all Chairmans correspondences - Ensure the confidentiality of all correspondences - online research and statistical reporting - responsible to renew Chairmans passports and visas on time - Arrange the primary bookings for airline tickets and hotels for business trips for the executives - Follow up on all memberships renewal procedures - Ensure that the Chairman office has all supplies required all the time - Maintain all office document filling - Follow maintenance of all equipment in the office - Takes minutes of meetings headed by either the Chairman or the Vice Chairman, as per the Chairman Office Manager request - Check meeting rooms before the Chairman meeting start time - Update the petty cash expenses report on a regular basis for the Chairman Office safe.
Qualifications - Relevant Bachelor degree - 4-7 years of experience - Fluent English and computer skills - Flexibility working hours
