Description Follows up with the Personnel Section to resolve any employee relations, compensation and benefits and other HR issues related to employees. Assists supervisors in resolving employee relations, discipline or grievances issues at a local level, liaising with HR and keeping them informed of such issues. Participates in Head Office meetings of the Human Resources Department to discuss wider HR matters and to bring forward Gas Operations matters. Liaises with the General Services Section related to all services related to travel, visas, passports, medical examinations, etc. Social Insurance: Completing social insurance formats and maintaining relationships with the meant official authorities. Labor Office relationships: Legalities of all personnel issues.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR/Business Management or related field

Experience 4 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Excellent interpersonal / communications skills. Current IT literacy including HRMS Oracle applications. Diplomatic / persuasive. Presentation skills. Customer focused. Good judgment. Initiative / Self-motivated.
