Description Supporting the sales team by providing technical consultancy services to end customer. Responsible for ordering products from distributors /Vendors and guaranteeing the deliveries in their proper time. Sending monthly funnel sheets to vendors and distributors. Responsible for staying on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors. Identifying new items and eliminating obsolete ones on the companys Financial Application System (GP). Stay updated with latest vendors technology by passing vendors latest webinars, online training and achieve related certificates. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Achieves assigned productivity and profitability quotas and targets. Works closely and collaboratively with Sales Team. Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customers requirements and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and company. Increasing business development for getting more accurate data for deals. Orient new hires with the latest technologies and sales keys techniques. Communicating with related vendor explaining our value added and gaining project price preference to achieve company goals. Provide activities with sales account managers, conducting customer meetings, designing optimized solution that need customer perception ending up with agreed configurations. Responsible for responding to technical questionnaires. Capable of introducing business plans (Power Point) for vendors in terms of developing and enhancing business.
Qualifications Experience in the same position Experience in IT field is preferable Good communication skills BSC. in engineering or any relevant degree from any reputable university Time Management and self confidence
