Description -Benchmark with other associations in Egypt. In charge of outsourcing program details Assist in preparation of Membership orientation meetings to familiarize attendees with AmCham services. Formulate and update presentation on all AmCham services for potential members visits. Review membership information on AmChams website regularly. Formulate and update membership brochure that includes all AmCham services annually. Update AmCham folder with a new design annually. Assist in Chamber activities and events as assigned. Welcoming of all AmChams new members in all AmCham events. Proofreading all membership materials. Recruit new member companies or individuals (through daily incoming phone calls, arranged visits, attending Chamber events & committees etc). Conduct several membership surveys. Visit existing members to ensure satisfaction. Retain existing members (member care calls and visits)

Qualifications -Bachelors Degree -1-2 years Experience in administration or customer service -Candidate must be self-sufficient and have excellent English oral and written. -Excellent Communication skills -Experience in Business Development, Marketing, Customer service and administration is preferable.
