1-Risk Manager Job Description: Identify and quantify the Project's exposures to accidental loss. Adopt proper financial protection measures through risk transfer (to outside parties), risk avoidance, and risk retention programs. develop and update a complete system for recording, monitoring, and communicating the Project's Risk Management program components and costs to the executive staff and others as necessary. Develop and implement loss prevention/loss retention programs. Actively participate on all contract negotiations involving insurance, indemnity, or other pure risk assumptions or provisions prior to the execution of the contracts. To establish indemnity and insurance standards for standard contract forms. Create and publish guidelines on the handling of all property and liability claims involving the organization. 2-EQ-Procurement engineer Job Description: Identification, Analyze and Validate of all received requirements in requisition for Equipment issued by Projects. Prepare comparison sheet (commercially and technically) between the different submitted quotations received from suppliers. Agree on the finalization of quantity and quality of equipment with the suppliers. Prepare the required purchase orders, supply orders, and insurance certificate. Coordinate and establish with the dealer, OC custom clearance, and logistics department for delivery terms, time and inspection process of the purchased Equipment inside & outside of Egypt. Maintain accurate database records with the credible suppliers to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard. Track the shipment of equipment to handle delivery and inspection of items and report any surplus/defective equipment during and afterthe completion of projects. Arrange and participate inmeetings between suppliers and Company engineers and other personnel to facilitate standardization and economical procurement. Submit periodic reports as required. 3-Contracts Manager Job Description: Lead the Contracts Administrators and Specialists, and coordinate with the Site Contracts Administrators when required to ensure the administration and assignment of contracts in compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Manage all claims, review analysis and supportive documentation, lead negotiations and ensure efficient claims resolution. Communicate with Contract Specialists, Project Managers and other Managers to gather, analyze and trace all claims to reach optimum resolutions. Requirements: BSC Engineering (civil) or Construction Management. Contracts related Certificates are preferred. 10 – 15 years’ experience in Contract and Claims. Good command of English language.

4-Geotechnical Manager Job Description: Planning, design and supervising of ground improvements and geotechnical investigations. Supervision of field investigation activities and testing such as borehole drilling, SPT, CPT, etc. Preparation, interpretation and review of geotechnical investigation reports, performing & review of geotechnical analysis and design of structures based on laboratory and field test data. Deriving the subsoil parameters by analyzing the available geotechnical data and recommending suitable foundation for structure (Deep foundation or shallow foundations). Overall control and handing of geotechnical data, design of foundations, preparation of geological long sections and cross-sections, development of design parameter plots, engineering analyses for shallow and deep foundation design, design of ground improvement techniques such as Band Drain, Stone Column, design of retaining structures such as reinforced soil walls and slopes.  5-Surveying Manager Job Description: Visit the project to study the site location, kind of soil, site accessibility and road diversions. Determine the exact quantities of (excavation, earthwork, finishing activities, etc.) and submit it to Technical Office Manager. Participate with Construction Manager and soil investigation consultant to facilitate tacking of soil samples in order to test. Participate with Technical Office Manager to study/review the project design 69 drawing to ensure it can be executed according to site coordinates and dimensions. Lead surveyors’ team to follow the safety precautions. Requirements: BSC Engineering (Civil ). 12 - 18 years of experience. Good command of English language.

6-Construction Manager Job Description: Manage/supervise the construction staff and workers within the construction in performing delegated tasks. Review the technical specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Ensure that the materials and equipment resources are required delivered on time. Ensure that the construction resources are used well and within the budget. Coordinate with all sections (Scheduling, Technical Office, Quality Control, and Safety) to set effective work procedure during the construction process. Follow up with Planning Department,sub-contractorsschedule and estimate time within the project masterschedule in order to determine and solve any related problems. Oversee the selection of trade Sub-contractors and general contractors who are ideal for the completion of a project. 7-Technical Office Manager Job Description: To lead a team of Technical Office Engineers, Quantity Surveying Engineers, Material Engineers to review the project’s design drawings, in order to implement the shop drawing designs, quantity surveying systems and material management systems and procedures. Ensure adherence to technical office policies and procedures through continuous review to the project contracts, terms and conditions, time schedule, review of design drawings and owner/consultant’s bill of quantities (BOQ). Follow up /Review the project designs with consultant in order to prepare project shop drawing to highlight any deviation with the code/standards. Coordinate all technical matters between engineering, construction, procurement and subcontractors in order to solve any potential problems. 8-Materials Manager Job Description: Study the project documents (drawings, specifications, and schedule, review tender documents, contract) to plan for the required materials according to the project’s schedule in order to ensure its availability in site in the recommended time. Coordinate with Procurement Department Head to assure the technical specifications of materials and with the Purchasing Department Head in terms of prices and budget. Control receiving and distributing materials according to the project’s needs. Assure the quality standards for the received material, versus required - in coordination with Quality Control Head and communicate with Technical Office Head concerning quantity of material. Negotiate and handle agreements with sub-contractors and verify offers. Resolve problems with consultant regarding quality of the received materials. 9-Planning Team Leader (All Disciplines) Job Description: To supervise and control the issuing of project schedules, whether in its tender or construction phase with the most appropriate planning methodology. 15- Geotechnical Technical Office engineers Job Description: Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures. Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals. Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. Review subcontractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant. Coordinate with Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required. Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve. Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant. Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiency by allocate material & manpower. Manage day-to-day site issues, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors. 17-Senior Site Physician Job Description: Attending patients and injured persons on site clinic. Transferring cases that need qualified treatment to the hospitals. Follow up the patients in the hospitals to be sure that they are taking the proper care. Recording all casesin the clinic,reporting to HSE manager in the site for work injuries and sending serious case report and the monthly report to the medical department. Preparing the clinic with the equipment, medications and tools. Supervising the nurses, first aid personnel and make sure that they are updated medically and well trained. Identify the required materials which aren’t listed by Procurement Department and should be handled by Purchasing Department.
