Description Act as the focal point between the Assistant Secretary General and the Departmental Heads. Provide general support to other departments. Design filing systems & ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date Define procedures for record retention & ensure protection and security of files and records Tracked and processed all invoices and purchase orders Organize office operations and procedures. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information. Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management. Follow up on pending issues delegated by the Assistant general manager. Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output; Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs. Deal with incoming email, faxes Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases. Logged all office visitors and scheduled appointments. Reports all work results to direct manager. Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.

Qualifications Problem-solving skills and project management ability. Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staff, students, co-workers.
