Description Develops large components of large projects such as (Wall Sections - Core Details..etc) and coordinates quality control in the areas of responsibility. Responsible for independent action / decisions, and reviews; coordinates, directs and mentors the work of less experienced staff.
Qualifications Architectural degree required from 3 to 5 years in the profession, post graduation. Experience on all phases and aspects of small to moderate scale projects required. Advanced knowledge of project design and construction documentation production methods, construction materials, and CADD; intermediate knowledge of graphic skills, presentation and communication skills. Intermediate knowledge in word processing skills, spreadsheets, 3D computer modeling and graphic design preferred.
