Description Establishes short and long-term departmental goals and objectives. - Prepares financial statements, financial reports and special analyses. - Supports the Managing Director in developing the overall companys financial strategy and communicating results. - Oversees and guides the day-to-day management and functioning of the accounting and Finance Department. - Directs the implementation of strategic and operational financial plans, programs and systems. - Analyzes investment options and makes recommendations to the Managing Director for investment proposals. - Evaluates the overall financial position of the company. - Establishes and maintains strong relations with banks. Compiles and reports accounting data as required by company Managing Director. - Oversees and controls an annual budget for each department in addition to controlling the overall budget of the company. Provides oversight for the expenditure of funds and ensures that funds are expended according to companys requirements. - Manages the development and implementation of accounting and auditing policies and procedures in response to complex financial and accounting issues. - Evaluates the accounting programs of the company to include budgeting, tax planning and protection of assets. - Resolves the more difficult accounting problems, and ensures adaptations and corrections as necessary. - Assesses risk of all financial transactions and establishes and maintains appropriate internal control safeguards. - Manage the monthly payroll processing and oversee all Social insurance work. - Interacts with other managers in different departments to provide support in financial planning initiatives through management of financial analyses, reports and recommendations to ensure efficient use of resources and cost control. -Works with employees and management to ensure financial system is in place which ensures that all major risks are identified and analyzed, on an annual basis.

Other Skills - Experience in ERP system implementation end to end . - Prefer excellent experience in Food & Beverage.
