HR Generalist Urgently needed for Benchmark Experiential Marketing • Job summary: The Human Resources Generalist coordinates implementation of HR services, policies, and programs; reports to the Head of HR, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues. The Human Resources Generalist will be handling the below areas: • Compensation and benefits administration; • Polices’ development and documentation; • Employee orientation, development, and training • Employee relations, services and counseling. • Requirments: o Any bachelor degree from a reputable university, in addition to very good knowledge of the principles. • Related Fields Work Experience / Years: o minumum of 5 years with solid experience in compensation and benefits. o Solid knowledge of Social Insurance, income tax and employment labor laws.
