Description As Programs Coordinator, you will work closely with AmCham�s Programs and Committee Officers to plan, execute and manage all AmCham events. The Programs Coordinator role encompasses the following:

 � Handling all the logistics involved in the organization of different AmCham events.
 � Coordinating banqueting arrangements with hotels.
 � Evaluating different banquet offers.
 � Sending invitation letters and sending flyers prior to any event.
 � Estimate the revenue generated from every event and analyze the accounts of the department on a monthly basis
 � Maintaining and continually updating databases for non-member contacts and different dignitaries from the government and the private- sector.

Qualifications - Previous experience in corporate events management (preferred) - Multitasker and team player - Negotiation skills

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
