Description -Receives customers, conducts first level diagnosis of the requested repair work and details the same effectively.
-Opens accurate job cards detailing all requirements and ensures the appropriate technician is assigned the work through the shop foreman.
-Tracks each job to ensure its completion in the prescribed time and updates the customer regularly on the status of the repair job.
-Ensures job cards received after completion of work are accurate and contain all the required documents before closing.
-Ensures timely follow up and update on of recalls.
Qualifications B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering - Automotive Department

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
