Looking for social media specialist to join our team
Job Description:
• Social media management – creating, managing and brands presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other strategically relevant online properties.
• Customer relations – answering questions however they come in (Facebook, Twitter, e-mail… etc) and managing any online feedback forms.
• Provoking conversations – creating and provoking worthy conversations with the community.
• Measurement and reporting– Using Social media applications and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
Required qualifications:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Responsiveness
- Able to plan, deliver and integrate campaigns
- Creative enough to involve in creating mind-blowing content
