Description - Responsible for all the customers in his region.
 - Responsible for the regions management of sales target activities according to the instruction from the head.
 - Market product to clients who expressed interest in our products.
 - Answer questions about products, and its pricing
 - Sell product if in stock or refer customers to authorized distributors in the area closest to them to buy from
 - Tell customers why product is better than competitors.
 - Suggest different product sets for purchase.
 - Recommend product improvements as per customers discussions
 - Conduct current customer visits in order to issue re-order.
 - Conduct potential customer visits to increase client base.
 - Gather information about competitors new entrances, products, prices and promotions.
 - Issue invoices to customers upon order finalization.
 - Submit customer payments to the company treasury.
 - Work with sales people to improve performance and terminate unsatisfactory performers
 - Interview and hire new sales associates
 - Develop company-wide marketing and oversee advertising placement and budget
 - Conduct regular meetings with the sales manager to assess the performance

Qualifications - University degree - Home Appliances Distribution Experience
