Description - Controls and is responsible all financial aspects including but not limited to
1. Accounting
2. Treasury
3. Finance
4. Reporting
- Rolling forecasts
- Financial statements & annual budget preparation
- Ensures financial team is in compliance with the policies and procedures
- Good knowledge and practice of audit and taxation
- Ensure proper Credit Control & Treasury management in order to build and secure the company financial position in accordance with the companys business strategy
- Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that organizational risks are minimized to ensure that liquidity, required facilities and funding are available
- Ensure compliance with all tax and government related laws
Qualifications Required skills - Critical Thinking; Using logic and analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches - Communication skills -written and verbal - Planning and organizing - English language is a must Minimum Required Professional Experience; 8 to 10 years of experience - Engineering / Construction Background is a plus Minimum Required Education - Bachelor degree in Accounting - CPA, CA, Masters Degree is a plus
