Description ensures the needs of the clinic as well as its physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals are met
Manages daily duties include hiring new employees, creating work schedules, overseeing medical billing, drafting budgets, implementing policy changes, organizing tax forms, starting professional development training, ordering medical equipment, leading staff meetings, and negotiating insurance contracts
Adheres to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
Shares knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
Ensures timely, effective communication between the front office and Medical staff and providers to facilitate smooth delivery of care
Brings out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Fosters the goals of team building with clinic staff and Demonstrates appropriate delegation and coordination of tasks and duties in the operations of physician clinic, using appropriate organizational/priority setting skills
Participates in monthly all staff meetings; establishes agendas and facilitates break out meetings for front and medical staff.
Qualifications - Higher degree in a relevant discipline is required. Graduation from an accredited medical faculty. - MBA Diploma or Business and Healthcare related degree/qualification or hospital management diploma is preferred
