Description
A short period opportunity in the Human Resources function, in the capacity of HR Systems Support Coordinator, based in the Cairo business unit.
The incumbent will be supporting the implementation of a Global HR Technology Project for a defined time period of 3 Months on a contract basis , gaining exposure on various HR applications as the incumbent will be receiving several workshops before starting the implementation phase.
The Project is a Global HR Technology Solution implementation and File Migration Project .
(1) Technical - Adopting the technology and software so that all file documents are stored in SAP eFiling and embedded in HR process.
(2) Business - Transitioning current employee file documents into a format whereby they are scanned and uploaded into SAP eFiling.
The incumbent supporting the implementation of the project will be passing through several millstones that will enhance his/her experience in dealing with several HR Technology applications.
Requirements
Fresh Graduate.
English fluency.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize competing requests and growing workload.
Enjoys complex tasks and logistical challenges.
Strong attention to detail.
Sense of urgency.
Ability to learn & deliver quickly.
Strong organization skills.
Inquisitive nature and comfortable in asking questions.
