Description - Review and develop the organization charts and job description including the work relations .
- Organize and develop new job descriptions.
- Collect and examine detailed information about job duties in order to prepare job descriptions.
- Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
- Review, prepare, update and save Statement of Functions for all departments.
- Prepare, develop and update the career path plan for all functions in the organization.
- Contribute to the preparation of administrative development plans by gathering information on the performance objectives achieved during the year for different administrative levels and assisting in the submission of proposals on programs suitable for administrative development.
- Implement the promotion mechanism by ensuring that vacancies are available for promotion and prepare a list to identify the most qualified staff based on the results of the evaluation centers and prepare the promotion reports for the promotions committee.
- Preparing, developing and updating the companys full hiring plan in cooperation with the directors of various departments.
- Provide support for the development, review and updating of internal policies, regulations, procedures and regulations by taking notes, reviewing them, and continually developing them.
- Review and discuss requests to amend and discuss the regulations, policies and procedures and finalize the text and request its adoption and then circulate the amendments to all concerned.
- Participate in the development of flow charts for all the companys work to facilitate the process of updating, training and control as well as the transition to the electronic environment.
- Study organizational occupational data.
- Observe physical, mental, and training requirements of jobs.
- Evaluate and modify techniques for recruiting, selecting, promoting, evaluating, and training workers.
Qualifications - Bsc degree in Business Administration preferably MBA. -3 years of experience in administrative development and human resource development. - high skill in leadership and evaluation of institutional performance and strategic planning -Full knowledge of the concepts and methodologies of building and evaluating quality systems. -Skills of preparing analytical statistics. -Skills of preparing work manuals, data development and development plans. -Responsibilities for doing business on time and performance standards. - Employee satisfaction with and ease of procedures. -Developing the work environment. -Switching towards a computer environment Job requirements Knowledge area and level view. - Extensive experience in internal institutional development is very good. - Comparative studies of best practice are very good. -The possibility of developing procedures and writing excellent - Very good command of English , computer and internet
