Description - Compiles, analyzes and identifies the training needs of each employee of the company in each department, in coordination with the management.
- Design of training programs based on the needs of both the company and the employee through the analysis of information on the identification of training needs.
- Create annual budget for training and development for the company and and get it approved by the top management.
- Hold training programs to ensure satisfaction of all elements of training (trainee - company).
- Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the training program and trainees during and after training.
- Measuring the ROI in training and the preparation of detailed reports and submitting them to the direct manager.
- Identify the capabilities, competencies and basic skills required for all employees.
- Deals with government agencies related to the training process in the company.
- Develop a mentoring and training plan for new employees during the probationary period.
- keep the training materials up-to-date and keep them updated for each new topic by subject.
- Develop and design the survey forms used in the training programs to identify training needs and training modules implemented.
- Review the training programs on a continuous basis to keep updated with the changes that occur in the work environment.
- Assist managers or trainees to face of any problems that may arise during the training, either at the individual or group level.
- Selection of trainers candidates for the implementation of internal training programs as well as the selection of institutes and distinguished external centers
- Ensures the collection, preservation and classification of the information and data of trainers, trainees and training institutions implementing the programs in the database available to the Authority.
Qualifications - Experience at least 3 years in training. - Suitable university qualification. - Training courses and scientific certificates related to the field. - Experience in Human Resources. - High skill in solving problems. - Time management. - Ability to make a decision. - Ability to communicate effectively with others. - Leadership and supervisory skills. - Presentation and presentation skills. - Computer and Internet skills.
