What are my responsibilities?
- Establish good know how on HV switchgear and power transformer market in Egypt.
- Fulfill the individual sales target in assigned customer/segment/region.
- Establish and maintain adequate relationship with assigned customers at all levels and build up long term business relation with the customers in the assigned field
- Identifies and tracks potential business opportunities with the customer as well as creates and updates sales plan/ project pipeline.
- Focus on but not limited to the projects in the customers related to HV products, not only the new construction but also the existing system function maintaining
- Arrange regular and scheduled new technology and products promotion( i.e workshops, seminars, road show and etc ), guide the customer and make added value to the customer
- Analysis the activities and behaviors of competitor and report to superior and take adequate actions plan
- Provide sufficient report to the organization including customer status, project status, sales forecast, sales volume and work plan.
- Coordinate the post sales service with the customer as the account manager and be the interface between Siemens and the customer.
- Organize and support all relevant Siemens business units.
- Establish and maintain adequate relationship with end users at all levels and build up long term business cooperation with end users in the assigned field
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- An Engineering degree from reputable University or college
- Min. 5 years sales experience for HV products / projects.
- Sales support experiences and technical background will be a plus
- Basic team leading experiences and partnership management is highly appreciated
- Working experiences in other companies in the field is preferred.
- Collaboration with international teams will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent level of English
- High IT affinity
