Description Execute all purchase and sales contracts from issuance of the contract till delivery and collections.
- Review contract details regarding quality, shipping period, origin, documents, discharge rates, insurance, etc.
- Follow Signing of contracts with trading dept. and Sellers.
- Follow loading of the vessels with Sellers, send documents instructions and follow with appointed agents, review shipping documents.
- Coordinate with Financing banks and Sellers presentation of documents, payments, receipt of documents, etc.
- Ensure with accounting department that accounts payable are settled on time.
- Prepare lay time calculations.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
