Description 1. General secretarial work including:
 Maintaining filing system, scanning, photocopying, faxing, printing e-mails, answering telephone calls.
 2. Enter client contacts and update database.
 3. Edit documents as needed.
 4. Receives visitors.
 5. Receive and handles all incoming mail.
 6. Responsible for file management (i.e. preparing files, archiving,)
 7. Assists the Management in producing requested reports, follow up on different issues.
 8. Ensure that the meeting room is well organized and tidy for meetings. Take appointment requests to reserve the meeting room.
 May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 9. Male or Female 10.Bachelors degree of any discipline with 2-3 years experience. 11. Professional, presentable, and honest 12. Treat all issues in a confidential matter 13. Excellent in English and Arabic (verbal and written) 14. Works under pressure. 15. Primary skill is organizational ability, problem solving and flexibility. 16. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written) and when and how to communicate depending on the audience. 17. Must know how to work in a team and be a team player. 18. Multi-task, is able to handle many and various tasks at the same time. 19. Responsible and hard worker. Excellent computer skills (MSW- Power point- Excel).
