Description 1. Troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered by end users of various areas such as, desktop systems, users applications, Oracle ERP application, Internet and other computer technology
2. Set-up and maintain Companys hardware, Install and repair Linux and Windows OS on employees machines with standardized application.
3. Understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, ports, TCP, UDP, routing tables, subnets, VLANS.
4. Install and administrate Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and security/policies.
5. Follow-up with human resources in the case of new / resigned staff and their applications.
Qualifications - 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. - Computer Science bachelor degree. - Preferred to be a CCNA & MCSA certificate holder. - Should be able to work during non-working hours.
