Nacita corp. is Hiring ( ADMIN ASSISTANT )
*Tasks and duties:
-Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
-Manage calendar for Managing Director
-Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries-Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Review and negotiate on the terms of contracts with clients
*Requirements:
-Females Only
-Bachelor Degree-2-4
-Years of Experience-Excellent Level of English
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-Has Customer or Public Relation Background
