Administrative Assistant
Location: maadi
Responsibilities :
- Receive, answer and forward incoming phone calls.
-Write and distribute email, memos, letters, faxes and forms.
-Ability to use printers and photocopying documents
-Develop and maintain a filing system
-Update and maintain office policies.
- Take minutes of meetings and prepare reports.
- Performance of office daily work.
Qualifications :
-Females only – full time
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management.
-Attention to details .
- Proficiency in MS Office.
-Professional and respect deadlines.
- Having a background about accounting.
- v. good command of English.
Experience: 2 Year
