Description -Receive purchase requisitions for required items from various departments through SAP or manually.
-Open a request for quotation and contacting potential suppliers regarding submitting competitive prices, payment term and delivery term.
-Prepare comparison sheets for received quotation based on quality, price/payment term and delivery
-Sending quotation and comparison sheets to requested departments for approval.
-Handling technical inquiries between requested department and suppliers.
-Follow up receiving order confirmation with related suppliers.
-Confirm goods receipt by requested department and receive addition note.
-Prepare payment requests for purchases items based on agreed payment terms.
-Supervise and advice local purchasing runner in dealing with local purchasing suppliers and workshops.
Qualifications B.Sc degree SAP proficiency MS Office
