Description 1-To run production lines & deliver consistent productivity at an optimal cost
"2- Plan daily production activities, review production reports and address variances and
discrepancies"
3-Oversee all aspects of machinery and equipment maintenance and operations including ordering of machine parts, inspection and trouble-shooting.
4- Oversee daily Labor requirements to maximise productivity.
5-Conduct on-the-job training for less experienced technicians
7-To ensure line operation at minimum losses of packaging material.
10-Ensuring usage of PPE.
11-To ensure safety of people working in there team.
12-Follow up input of the ERP system
13-Follow up implementation TPM System.
