Description - Act as a front-line interface with the clients of HSE worldwide.
 - Role involves calling existing/new clients to offer them a wide range of HSE plans and services.
 - The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a HSE clients experience standard.
 - Ensures service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) obligations of our clients through the management of operational activity of the team.
 - Research required information using available resources
 - Manage and resolve HSE clients complaints
 - Provide clients with HSE services information
 - Enter new clients information into system
 - Update existing clients information
 - Process orders, bids and forms
 - Follow up customer calls where necessary
 - Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
 - Complete call logs
 - Produce call reports
