Description 1. Responsible for the attendance system, leaves and administrative personnel issues.
2. Responsible for travel and hotel reservations of Prime Group staff.
3. Assists the HR Manager and HC & Administration Director in related issues.
4. Prepares monthly reports on employee leaves and absences for payroll purposes.
5. Responsible for related functions on the HC administration computer system.
6. Briefs new staff on general administrative matters.
7. Prepare correspondence, special reports, evaluations and justifications as required on general administrative matters.
8. May be required to supervise and coordinate the work of lower - level staff.
9. Filing, typing letters, sending and receiving faxes and mails.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree, 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar function. Knowledge of laws and rules as they relate to personnel services. Knowledge of administrative computer applications as related to departmental job functions.
