Description - Design, install and start-up VRV/VRF systems including cooling load estimation ,sizing of refrigerant pipes and distributing joints.
- Coordinate and manage the work to insure that the project follows schedule and doesnt exceed budget
- Receive the projects and identify all specifications of the customers.
- Implement work plan and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed on deadlines.
- Review the shop drawings of the project and ensure that the site and the drawings are applicable
- Prepare required raw materials, tools to finish the installation process of the project.
- Checking the system parameters by checking tool to make sure that the system is tested properly.
- Follow up the drawings submittals and specification with consultants.
- Cooperate with control department to design applicable system.
- Prepare required materials, tools to finish the installation process of the project.
- Coordination with the accountant department to prepare the financial balances for the projects.
- Implement the required commissioning of the system and calculate any anther additional cost.
- Ensure that the system is installed properly according to the manufacturers recommendation through performing test during installation.
- Deliver the projects on deadline according to customer specifications within high quality
- Supervise the performance of technicians to meet quality standard.
- Preparing reports as required to Projects Manager.
- Handle any malfunctions appeared during installation process with maintenance department
- Resolving any unexpected technical problems.
Qualifications - Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. - Fluency in English Language. - 0-2 years of experience . - Excellent in teamwork , communication , time management and problem solving skills - Owning a car is a must.
