Description - Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance through e-ticketing system.
- Responding to breakdowns
- Diagnosing faults
- Repairing equipment
- Supervising technical staff
- Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Managing stocks of spare parts and equipment
Shift and on-call work may be required, particularly where branches are in continual 24-hour operation. Career progression is often accelerated with a move into managerial positions.
Qualifications An engineering B.S.C, particularly in electrical, or mechanical (preferable) is necessary for entry. Appropriate work experience 5 years and minimum 2 Years in relevant field is also necessary (F&B field).
