Description First line of support for the local plant (Desktop support (Microsoft products and Citrix clients)
Network and server support (Microsoft & Cisco) Proactive maintenance on local environment to ensure maximum service availability - Coordination with Infrastructure Teams (KBS) ensuring local environment meets baseline requirement level
Responsible for incident routing/escalation to tier 2 support teams
May be required to extend support to other locations in the same country (remotely or physically)
Provide local hands and feet� support to regional resources:
(Infrastructure physical deployment - Information collection on local environment)
Software patch process (operating systems, desktop applications)
Antivirus (and other endpoint protection) system health and incident response
Data protection process (backup, recovery)
Use of automation tools to monitor system health
Qualifications 1. From 3-5 years experience as Network Administrator Infrastructure ( servers - networking - supporting) , financial sector is preferred 2. Microsoft certifications is preferable 3. Very good English language skills is mandatory ( will deal with different nationalities) 4. Preferred 10th of Ramadan residence or area nearby. 5. Computer engineering or Computer science Graduation certificate is preferable.
