Resourcing Specialist - CAI0000B2 Kindly note that this is an outsource vacancy Description: Responsible for Sourcing activities , CV screening , Phone language evaluation, conducting face to face interviews and fulfilling the hiring requirements received from the business  Key accountabilities and decision ownership: ·         Handle the sourcing activities using available different sourcing channels for and recommend new prospected channels if any. ·         Screen applicants’ resumes and entering the data of potential candidates on the resourcing online tool and updating their status after each selection phase ·         Perform phone interviews and face to face interviews  .
