Description Prepare reports on account status & reporting to Chairman
* Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
* Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
* Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely manner
* Communicates to fulfill client needs and demands.
* Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
* Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
* Keep records of client transactions
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
* Develop new business with new and existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
* Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
* Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
* Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
* Monitor and analyze customers usage of our product
* Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in B.A. or equivalent. Must have a car. Ability to travel inside Egypt. Client-Focused Solutions Experience. Project Management Skills. Ability to Communicate Client Needs with Staff. Talent for Influencing Client Management. Ability to Manage Multiple Jobs and Relationships Simultaneously. Negotiation, Listening, Communication, Presentation, Time Management Skills. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines Expert at Microsoft Office Suite.
