Description As a Telesales Representative you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound cold calling.
 -collecting potential customers data and start opening new channels
 - Give Customers product Knowledge through daily follow-up
 - Learning about the customers needs and providing them with the suitable product that matches the clients requirements.
 - Achieve Sales targets by obtaining maximum leads.
 - Always providing a professional level of customer service and displaying a positive image of the company.
 -Having the skill of building long relationships with customers, and making warm calls as a part of our sales process
 -will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
 -Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
 -Go the "extra mile� to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
 -Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
 -Participate in exhibitions, events.

Qualifications Telesales representatives must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers. While they may work from a script, telesales reps must also have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers. They must represent the company in a positive light at all times; this calls for optimistic people who arent easily upset and who naturally like working with others.
