Description Manage the process of renting property, negotiating leases, sales of services, fees collection process and handle client complaints for a number of assigned clients in Smart Village.
 1. Manage the process of issuing new contracts and renewing standing contracts for assigned clients.
 2. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys among assigned clients.
 3. Disseminate clients requests to the related SVC departments and follow up on their implementation
 4. Market and sell SVC services to assigned clients
 5. Responsible for the collection of rent from assigned clients
 6. Generate weekly/monthly property status reports to the Sales Manager.
 7. Participate in the handing over committee of new buildings to clients ensuring that all clients requests have been met.
 8. Participate and represent SVC in ICT and other related events.

Qualifications Experience in Property Management, Services.
Gender Any
Education major Business Administration
Experience 4 - 5 Years.
