Description Review and post all vendors payments, either checks or bank transfers on ERP. Collect, analyse and summarize account information. Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Reconcile Vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies. Follow up vendors advances and aging. Close & reconcile A/P related GL accounts on timely basis at month end. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Knowledge of general accounting procedures. Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner. Experience with ERP - SAP is a plus. Excellent computer skills and MS office.
