Description - Receive inbound calls to answer customer`s inquiries and provide them with all information needed regarding (Vehicles, Fork-Lift, Maintenance).
- Arrange maintenance appointments at all TEG service centres.
- Conduct follow up survey on monthly basis for Sales and After Sales to measure service level provided by TEG and to increase customer satisfaction degree.
- Handle any customer`s complaint directly if possible or through direct it to the Customer Executive in each branch.
- Maintain and update customer data base on regular basis.
- Enter new customer information into system
